Remote Support Download
Click on the Connect.zip link, click 'OPEN’, this will open a small (and safe) file in your temporary files folder. Double click on the file, click 'RUN', you will see a connection window. We will provide you the connection number and instructions via the telephone or email. All remote connection files are deleted after the session is completed.
